
Hi, I'm Linda - So far, life has taken me from a small town in South Wales, to just outside London, New York, and finally here in North Carolina, where I’ve found the perfect mix of calm, creativity, and community.
I’ve always been someone who finds joy in bringing order to the everyday. Whether it’s color-coding spreadsheets or planning out a smooth-running week, I genuinely enjoy helping others. After decades supporting small businesses and nonprofits, thirteen of those as an Office Manager for a UK nonprofit, I decided to build something of my own. In 2024, I launched Team Calon to offer the kind of steady, thoughtful support I know makes a real difference.
The name Calon comes from one of my favorite Welsh hymns, Calon Lân, meaning “a pure heart.” It’s a reminder of how I like to work - with care, integrity, and heart at the centre of everything I do.
I bring calm to chaos by helping you stay on top of everyday admin tasks. From taming unruly inboxes to keeping your calendar running like clockwork, I offer practical, behind-the-scenes support that frees up your time and brain space.
I can also help with travel bookings, formatting documents, or anything else that keeps your days running smoothly.
